Sexual Integrity Program Protecting ourselves from an unplanned pregnancy or a sexually transmitted disease brings a level of peace, freedom and self respect that is priceless. Expressing our sexuality appropriately involves all areas of our lives ~ physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual. Physically our bodies were designed to experience love, pleasure, unity, joy and intimacy in a specific context: marriage. Regardless of what we may have done with our bodies in the past, we can make choices to be pure and healthy starting today. Healthy Emotional bonding occurs with time, trust, shared experiences and unconditional love. We need to protect our hearts from the pain that broken or unhealthy relationships can bring into our lives. Being emotionally whole will lead to a healthy marriage. Social consequences to our sexual behavior include our reputation and our success in relationships and life in general. Intellectual growth is a journey of a lifetime. The more mature you become, the better choices you will make for your future. The decisions you make today will influence who you become in the future. Spiritual wholeness is an essential element to living in peace and free of guilt and shame. What do you believe? How do you act based on those beliefs? Are you choosing friends and partners who share your beliefs? Our Commitment to you We have trained staff at our center to offer direction and guidance to help you set and accomplish goals. We are here to help you, but we are lay-counselors, which means we have no professional degrees in counseling. We will be happy to refer you to a professional counselor for deeper needs whenever necessary.

Researches Say . . . 3 million teenagers are infected with an STD every year. That breaks down to 8,000 every day! Unfortunately, 50-80% who are infected do not even know it! Condoms fail often in preventing pregnancy (10%-36%) and fail even more in preventing STD’s. “Would you go bungee jumping with a company that admits their bungee cords will fail about 40% of the time?” There is a 1 in 8 chance a teenager girl under 20 will get Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), which leads to cervical cancer and possible sterility. Girls under 21 have a greater chance of PID because their cervix is less mature and MORE susceptible to STD’s that cause PID.
